Justin Landwehr

Justin was born and raised on a farm just outside of Annawan, Illinois and has proudly called the Quad Cities home since 2006.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Illinois State University in 2004 and later completed his MBA at Western Illinois University in 2010. A licensed REALTOR® since 2014, Justin holds managing broker real estate credentials in both Iowa and Illinois.

Before transitioning to real estate, Justin gained valuable experience working for Edward Jones and JPMorgan Chase. He also taught Business at Annawan and Wethersfield High Schools and dual enrollment classes through Black Hawk College.

An active community member, he has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2009, both as a Big Brother and serves on several committees. Justin is a member of local Chambers of Commerce, often serving on the board of directors and is involved with Kiwanis International. Recently, he became a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America - Mississippi Valley Region, and is currently serving on the board of directors for the local chapter.

Justin serves on several committees with the Quad City Area REALTORS® which provide him with many opportunities to volunteer throughout local communities. He is currently serving a 3 year term as a Director on the QCAR Board of Directors.

In addition to his real estate career, Justin owns both residential and commercial investment properties. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, anything related to automobiles, spending time with his family, traveling, and guiding clients through their real estate journey.
